Cilantro chutney aka aka is a staple in Indian household. Everything goes with freshly prepared chutney from samosas to aloo chat (baked potato) or even using it as a bread spread in a sandwich.
It’s very very easy to make. Don’t be fooled by its easiness, it changes the taste of a dish in multitudes.
Before preparing make sure:
Always use stems when making cilantro/coriander chutney. It adds to the flavor. Immensely!
While you are grinding make sure to add water little by little. The coriander leaves stem also has water, if you add too much water the dip will be very runny and not easy to eat.
*Words like (cilantro, coriander) & (sauce, chutney, dip) mean same here!
Once prepared its very easy to store.
How to store?
Once prepared store it a jar & keep it in the refrigerator. Works well if you keep it for a week. If you want to store it a bit longer, freeze it.
Replace your dip with this vegan cilantro one and thank me later!

Fancy it up!
This is the easiest way of making cilantro dip. That requires minimum ingredients. You can fancy it up by adding ginger garlic paste, green chilies, peanuts or any particular flavor you would like to add. This tastes equally yum & flavorful.
Enjoy it with some Dhokla, Cheese burst pizza, Vada Pav or a Restaurant style burger at home!
