Happy Friday Guys! It’s the weekend and time to cook some whole some meal for you and your family. I love Friday dinners specially because its weekend and you can experiment with your meals. No hurry just enjoy your meal with a good movie and be grateful for everything.
We all know its not possible to fancy up your day to day meals when work takes most of our time but Fridays here we are all ready!
So this Friday try this amazing mashed potato baked French fries, serve it as a side appetizer with a dip of your choice or pair it with a veggie burger. Like we did!
I like to bake it and not fry it because its equally good and very low on calories. Best part is oven fries are equally crispy. Team oven fries!
Before preparing make sure:
You cool your boiled potatoes. Its important to make a good crispy from outside and soft from inside fries. Also it doesn’t break when you will transfer it onto a baking sheet.
Experiment with the veggies. We have used only spinach while making the potato mix, you can add any veggie in your fries. Veggies in fries who would have thought! Hah!
So stop scrolling what to make for your dinner this Friday and make these oh-so-delicious baked fries.
My favorite quick dip
Take 3 tbsp. of yogurt, add 1 tsp ketchup, 1 tsp chilly sauce. Mix well. Now add 1 tsp of seasoning. Taste it. If you feel low on salt add a pinch of garlic salt to taste. Ta da your instant dip is ready.
