The sky is the limit for the annual ballooning festival happening in New Jersey. Formally known as “The QuickChek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning” this “38th Annual New Jersey Lottery Festival of Ballooning in Association with PNC Bank” is the biggest summertime hot air balloon in North America.
