We visited Baltimore city, Maryland in July summer time this year. Baltimore is famous for its seaport, water species, aquarium, ships & boardwalk. Its a city full of cultures & flavors.
How to reach Baltimore?
If you are planning to go by road then its a 3 hrs drive from New Jersey.
What are the places to visit?
It was a short trip for us. We only had a day time to explore this city. This time we covered two places. Would love to be back to explore more of Maryland though.
- National Aquarium & Dolphin Watch
No matter what your age is, visit National Aquarium of Baltimore. I have been to aquariums in India but this one is huge. Huge in terms of the variety of the aquatic life it has. And I got to touch the Jellyfish. Never done that before. Was super fun.
We got lucky that dolphin watch was an hour later so we stayed back to experience it. It was an amazing experience to learn about this human friendly animal and there mannerism. Do wait for it, if you get a chance to see it.

Boardwalk by the seaport has a lot of things to offer. Ship based restaurants, Hard rock cafe, Barnes & Nobles, eating places & the endless sea.
