Last weekend we visited a Christmas village in Pennsylvania called Koziar’s Christmas village. Its one of the popular old Christmas themed towns. Its situated in a valley surrounded by mountains all around with more than a million of lights.
In December the timings are 5 to 9 pm on weekends. We reached there by 4:30 pm. There was a long queue of about 2 km for parking. For tickets there was another line. Credit and cash has separate lines. Cash one was shorter (12$/adult).
TIP- carry cash with you, always handy to avoid long queues.
The village is a pretty sight to see with a million lights to watch at night. To tour the entire village there are arrows to follow. It took us around an hour to see it completely.
TIP- As its in between the mountains it can get pretty cold. Do carry caps/gloves to avoid cold breeze.
In house there are couple of gift shops to buy Christmas themed items. To keep you warm they have coffee and snacks too.
Such a pretty Christmas Village. Wish we have one nearby. Thanks for sharing. Love the photos and video!
